The main differences

Is Zid built for UAE shops?

Zid is a Saudi company. It lists the UAE among its markets and has a UAE page, which shows prices in Saudi riyals. Its shipping service says it covers Saudi Arabia, and switching on ZidPay needs a Saudi ID check (Nafath). DripFunnel’s UAE plans are priced in dirhams, with Stripe, Apple Pay, Tabby and cash on delivery, and Aramex, Emirates Post and DHL for delivery.

How do you design the store?

On Zid you choose from over 50 themes in Arabic and English and customise them, or ask for a custom design. On DripFunnel you describe your shop and the AI designs the homepage, pages, menus and product pages. You check every change on desktop, tablet and phone before it goes live, and can undo it.

How is VAT handled?

Zid calculates and shows VAT from its Growth plan. DripFunnel works out VAT at 5% on every plan and includes it in your prices.

How many staff accounts do you get?

Zid has 1 account on Starter and Rise, 5 on Growth and 20 on Professional. DripFunnel has the owner only on Starter (Free), then 2 on Growth, 5 on Growth Pro and 15 on Business.
