Join the partner programme and go live

Updated 20 October 2026 · Agencies joining the partner programme

The partner programme lets a web or marketing agency run DripFunnel under its own brand. Joining is by invitation: you talk to us, we set up your partner account, and you finish the setup in the partner console before we approve you and you go live.

Before you start

  • There’s no sign-up form for partners. Tell us about the shops you run and we’ll agree your contract with you: your wholesale fee per plan, the currencies you can price in, and whether you may remove the “Powered by DripFunnel” line. See the partner programme for what you get.
  • You work in the partner console at platform.dripfunnel.com. It’s only for your team, and it always shows DripFunnel’s look. Your merchants never see it: they see your own merchant portal, in your brand.
  • Your company’s legal address and tax id are added with your DripFunnel partner manager. You can see your contract, read-only, in Settings › Company.

Accept your invitation

  1. Open the email from DripFunnel and press its link. The page says Join and your company’s name, and shows your role, Owner.
  2. Enter Your name and a Password of at least 10 characters, then press Continue. Your email is already filled in and can’t be changed.
  3. Set up 2-factor: scan the code with an authenticator app on your phone (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator), then type the 6-digit code it shows. If you can’t scan, the page also gives you a key to type in.
  4. Press Accept and sign in. You can press Skip for now instead and set up 2-factor later, unless your team requires it.

Set up 2-factor early. You need it to open a support session in a merchant’s store (see Look after your stores).

Invitation links work for 7 days, and each one works only once. If yours has expired or was replaced by a newer one, ask whoever invited you to send a new one.

Work through the setup checklist

Until you’re approved, the console opens on Set up with your product name and a Setup checklist. You can leave and come back: your progress is saved. Each item says Done, In progress or To do.

DripFunnel can do much of the setup with you in a guided session. If we did, the console welcomes you with what’s already done and what’s still yours. The payment method and payout details are always entered by your own Owner.

Payment method and Payout details can come later: you can submit for approval without them. DripFunnel’s payment provider isn’t switched on yet, so nothing can be added in Settings › Payout and payment for now.

Submit for approval

  1. When the other items are done, press Submit for approval under the checklist. Owners and Admins can do this.
  2. Before it sends, the console checks that the portal address is live, the email sender is verified or the fallback sender accepted, at least one plan is priced, and the legal pages are set. If one isn’t, it tells you which to fix.
  3. Read the Submit for approval? box and confirm. You can keep editing your branding and plans while we review.

What happens next

Your console shows Awaiting approval, with three steps:

  1. Contract and KYC check: DripFunnel checks your signed contract and company documents.
  2. Setup review: we sign up as a test merchant and check your branding, plans and legal pages.
  3. Decision: usually within 2 business days. You get an email either way.

Merchants can’t sign up at your portal until you’re approved.

If it’s sent back

If something needs changing, the console shows Sent back by DripFunnel with DripFunnel’s reason. Fix that item, then press Submit again.

When you’re live

The console says your product is live at your portal address. Share your sign-up link, which is your portal address followed by /signup (for example store.yourcompany.com/signup). Everyone who signs up there becomes one of your stores. You can also create stores yourself for clients you’ve signed, and invite your team.

Questions

Can I sign up as a partner on my own?

No. Partner accounts are set up by DripFunnel after we’ve talked and agreed a contract. Tell us about the shops you run through the partner contact form, and we’ll send the invitation.

How long does approval take?

Usually within 2 business days after you submit. We check your contract and company documents, sign up as a test merchant to check your branding, plans and legal pages, and email you either way.

Do I need payout details before I go live?

No. The payment method and payout details can come later; you can submit for approval without them.

Can I change my branding or plans while I wait?

Yes. You can keep editing branding and plans while DripFunnel reviews your setup. Merchants can’t sign up until you’re approved.
