Create your plans and prices

Updated 20 October 2026 · Partner Owners and Admins (Finance: prices only)

Your plans are what your merchants choose from and pay for. You decide what each plan includes, its limits, its trial and its prices in each currency your contract covers, and the console shows how much you keep after DripFunnel’s fee.

Before you start

  • Owners and Admins can create and change plans. Finance can change prices only. Other roles can look.
  • Your contract sets DripFunnel’s wholesale fee for each plan and the currencies you can price in. You can see them in Settings › Company. If your contract names no currency yet, plans can’t be priced: ask your partner manager.
  • A plan shows at sign-up only once it’s Live. You need at least one Live, priced plan before you can submit for approval.

Create a plan

  1. Open Plans and press New plan. It starts as a Draft.
  2. Fill in Name merchants see and Description merchants see.
  3. Choose a Trial: No trial, or a free trial of 7, 14 or 30 days.
  4. Under Prices, enter Monthly and, if you offer it, Yearly in each currency, for example 49 or 49.00.
  5. Set What’s included (below), then press Save changes.

Your margin

Next to each price the console shows DripFunnel’s fee for that plan and what you keep, for example “You keep $30 of $49”. If a price is lower than the fee, it warns you that you’d lose money on every store, and the plan can’t be saved that way.

What’s included

What’s included lists what a shop on this plan can use, in groups: Catalogue, Getting paid, Team and suppliers, Selling abroad, Shipping and stock, Storefront, Reports and Support. Each line is one of four kinds:

Kinds of setting
KindExampleWhat you set
On/offAbandoned-cart remindersWhether the plan has it
LimitProducts, staff seatsA number, or Unlimited where allowed
Monthly allowanceAI design promptsHow many each month
ChoiceSupportOne option from a list, such as Email or Chat
  • Each limit shows a DripFunnel max: you can’t set more than that. The console highlights any line above it.
  • Lines marked Planned are saved with your plan, but shops can’t use them yet. They take effect once that part of DripFunnel is ready, so price your plans on the lines that aren’t marked.
  • Remove “Powered by” can only be offered if your contract allows it.

Make it live

Press Make live. The plan needs a monthly price in every currency your contract covers first. Merchants then see it at sign-up, and you can put stores on it.

Change a plan that stores are on

When you save a plan that stores already use, the console asks who gets the change:

  • New signups only: the current stores keep what they have.
  • Everyone, at their next renewal: they get an email 30 days ahead.

Retire a plan

Press Retire plan. It disappears from sign-up straight away. For the stores on it, choose to keep them on it as it is, or move them to another plan on a date. Your last Live plan can’t be retired: make another plan Live first.

Questions

Can I charge different prices in different currencies?

Yes. Each plan has its own monthly and yearly price in every currency your contract covers. Prices aren’t converted from one currency to another.

Can I sell a plan below DripFunnel’s fee?

No. The console warns you that you’d lose money on every store and won’t save the plan until the price is at least the fee.

What does “Planned” mean next to a setting?

That part of DripFunnel isn’t ready yet. You can set it now and it’s saved with the plan, but shops can’t use it until it is.

If I change a plan, do my current stores get the new price?

Only if you choose so. When you save, you pick New signups only, or Everyone at their next renewal, with an email to them 30 days ahead.
