How the 10-day trial works

Every new store starts with a free 10-day trial of the Business plan, with nothing held back. You don’t need a card to start. This is what the trial includes, how to follow the days left, and what happens when it ends.

What you get

• Everything in the Business plan for 10 days: 25,000 products, suppliers, more staff, more markets and more. See Pricing for the full list.
• No card needed. You only add a card when you choose a paid plan.
• Nothing is deleted when the trial ends, whatever you choose.

Where to see how many days are left

As the store owner, you see a blue banner at the top of every page: “Free trial · 7 days left. You have everything in Business. No card needed.” The Billing item in the side menu also shows the days left. Managers and staff don’t see the trial banner.

On the last day the banner turns yellow: “Your trial ends tomorrow. Choose a plan to keep everything, or pick what to keep on the free plan.”

Your choices before the trial ends

Choose a paid plan and keep everything

1. Press Choose a plan on the banner, or open Billing.
2. Pick Monthly or Yearly at the top. Paying for a year costs half as much as paying monthly for 12 months.
3. Press Choose Growth, Choose Growth Pro or Choose Business on the plan you want.
4. Read what you’ll be charged, then confirm.

A paid plan needs the card that pays for your plan. If Billing says “You’ll need the card that pays for your plan first” and doesn’t let you add one, contact support and we’ll set it up with you.

Or do nothing and move to Starter (Free)

If the trial ends without a plan, your store moves to Starter (Free) and stays online. Starter (Free) keeps 10 products on sale. Beforehand, press Choose what to keep (or Or choose what to keep on Free on the Billing page) to pick which 10. The rest are paused: hidden from shoppers but kept exactly as they are, and they come back when you upgrade. See Choose what to keep on a smaller plan.

If you don’t choose, products with orders waiting to ship always stay, and any room left goes to your best sellers.

What happens to everything else

• Your orders, customers, settings and storefront are kept.
• Features that Starter (Free) doesn’t include stop working until you upgrade, but nothing you made is deleted.
• You can move to a paid plan at any time from Billing.
