Download your invoices

Every payment for your DripFunnel plan comes with an invoice. You can download each one as a PDF, export the whole list for your accountant, and choose the company details printed on them.

These are the invoices for what you pay DripFunnel for your plan, not invoices for your shoppers.

Download an invoice

1. Open Billing and scroll to Invoices.
2. Each row shows the invoice number, date, what it’s for (a plan change shows as “Plan change”), the amount and its status: Paid, Due, Void or Refunded.
3. Press PDF on the row. The invoice opens in a new tab, where you can save or print it.
4. Press Show more to see older invoices.

If nothing opens and you see “Your browser blocked the new tab”, allow pop-ups for the portal in your browser, then press PDF again.

Export all your invoices

Press Export all to download a spreadsheet (CSV) listing every invoice: number, date, description, amount, tax, currency and status. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.

Change the details on your invoices

1. In On your invoices, press Edit.
2. Fill in Company name, Send invoices to (the email address that receives them), your address, and the Country as two letters, like IN, US or AE.
3. Add your tax number if you have one. In India it’s your GSTIN: add it to claim input tax credit on the fee. With a valid VAT number, invoices are reverse-charge where that applies.
4. Press Save. You see “Saved — the next invoice uses these details.”

Invoices already sent keep the details they were sent with; only new invoices use the changes.

The trial is free, so there are no invoices yet. You see “No invoices yet — the trial is free.”
