Look after your stores
Updated 20 October 2026 · Your partner team (actions: Owners and Admins)Every merchant who signs up at your portal, or whom you create yourself, is one of your stores. The partner console lists them all, lets you change their plan or trial, help them in a support session, and see everything that happened in the activity log.
What you can and can’t see
You see each store’s account: its owner, plan, status, usage, storefront and domain, and its sales and order totals for last month. A store’s orders, customers and products belong to the merchant: you only see them in a support session the merchant allows.
Create a store for a client
Merchants who sign up at your sign-up link become your stores automatically. For a client you’ve signed yourself:
- Open Stores and press Create store.
- Fill in Store name, Owner’s name, Owner’s email, Country, Plan and Trial. The form shows the price the merchant will pay.
- Press Create store. A tracker shows the steps: Account, Store, Portal ready, Storefront building, Done. It takes under two minutes, and you can leave the page.
The owner gets an invitation to set their own password. If a step gets stuck, the store’s Setup tab lets you retry it.
Find a store
- The list shows Store, Owner, Plan, Status, Sales last month, Storefront, Domain and Created, newest first.
- Filter by Status, Plan, Created, Storefront or Near a limit (80%+), which finds stores about to outgrow their plan.
- The search box at the top of every page (⌘K) finds a store by name, domain or owner email.
- Export accounts (CSV) downloads the list as a spreadsheet file. Orders, customers and products are never included.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trial | On a free trial; the days left are shown |
| Active | Paying and running |
| Past due | A payment failed. The shop keeps selling, but its team can’t make changes |
| Suspended | The shop doesn’t take orders and its team can’t make changes until it’s restored |
| Cancelled or Closed | No longer running |
Change a store
Open a store to see its tabs: Overview, Plan and limits, Billing, Storefront, Domains, Setup, Support and Activity. Press Actions for:
- Change plan: now, with the difference charged or credited, or from the next billing date. The merchant gets an email.
- Extend trial: add days before the first charge. Finance can do this too.
- Add a limit override: more of one limit, such as products, for this month only or until you remove it, without changing the plan.
- Suspend and Restore: suspending stops the shop taking orders and pauses billing. You type the store name to confirm, and the owner sees your reason.
- Resend owner invitation: if the owner hasn’t set a password yet.
Every action asks for a Reason, kept in the activity log with your name.
Help a merchant in a support session
A support session lets you see a merchant’s portal as one of their users, to help them. Owners, Admins and Support can open one.
- Open Support, find the person under Users (search by name, email or store) and press Open support session.
- Give a Reason (required) and, if you have one, a Ticket link. Press Next.
- Read what you’ll be able to do, enter Your 2-factor code and press Start session. The merchant’s portal opens in a new tab.
- Sessions last 30 minutes, with no extension. Start a new one if you need more time. You can have one open at a time.
- They only work for stores that have partner support turned on. It’s on unless the store’s owner switches it off (see Let support look at your store).
- They’re read-only: you see what the store’s owner sees, and tell them what to change.
- Everyone signed in to the store sees a banner saying you’re signed in, and when it ends.
- Passwords, 2-factor, payment details and ownership can never be changed.
- Everything you do is logged as you, in your activity log and the store’s.
The Sessions tab lists open sessions and past ones. Press End to close one early.
Activity log
Activity log records every change and sign-in in your console, newest first: by your team, by DripFunnel staff and setup sessions, in support sessions, and account events such as a store going past due. Nobody can change or delete an entry.
- Filter by Who, Action, Result, Store or Date, or use Find a person to see one person’s timeline.
- Open an entry to see the before and after, and the reason.
- Owners and Admins can press Export CSV for up to 10,000 entries.
- My activity, in the menu under your name, shows only what you did.
Dashboard and reports
Dashboard shows how your product is doing: stores, revenue, what needs attention, signups, usage and your top stores by sales. Reports has tabs for Growth, Revenue, Plans, Store performance, Usage and Setup health, each with Export CSV.
Questions
Can I see my merchants’ orders and customers?
Not from the store list. You see each store’s account and its totals. To look at orders, customers or products, open a support session, which the store must allow and which is logged.
Can I make changes for a merchant?
Support sessions are read-only today: you see what the store’s owner sees and tell them what to change. Passwords, 2-factor, payment details and ownership can never be changed.
Do merchants know when I’m in their store?
Yes. Everyone signed in to the store sees a banner while your session is open, and every action shows in the store’s activity log under your name.
What happens to a suspended store?
Its shop stops taking orders, its team can’t make changes and billing pauses. The owner gets an email with your reason. Restore it to start again.
